Refunds
How refunds and cancellations work.
We want you to hire us with confidence. That is why we give you a free sample first, and here we say plainly what happens with your money in each case.
In short
- Before you pay, we give you a free sample of your brand, no strings.
- If we have not started the work, we refund your deposit in full.
- Custom work already done is non-refundable, but if we fall short, we fix it or refund it.
- Monthly services are canceled with written notice, per your contract.
1 The free sample comes first
Before we charge you anything, we show you a sample of how your brand would look, so you decide with something in hand, not blind.
2 Design and custom work (logo, brand, website)
- If we have not started yet, we refund 100% of any deposit you paid.
- Once the work has started, it is custom: we do not refund work already done, because it is time and creation made only for you.
- If we do not deliver what we agreed in your quote, we fix it at no cost or refund the undelivered part. We want you happy, not stuck.
3 Physical merch (shirts, caps, decals, keychains)
Merch is made to order with your logo, so it cannot be resold. For that reason we do not accept change-of-mind returns. We do stand behind our part: if it arrives defective or with a production error on our end, we remake it or refund that part. Let us know within 14 days of receiving it, with a photo.
4 Monthly services (website, social, system, Google)
- No lock-in contract: you can cancel anytime with written notice. The exact notice period is in your service contract.
- The month already started is not refunded, but we do not charge you for further months once the notice period has passed.
- On cancellation we hand over what is already yours (your brand, your files) per your contract.
5 How to request a refund
Write to info@rootbiz.app or WhatsApp (385) 529-6002. We reply the same business day. When a refund applies, we issue it to the same method you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or lender.
6 Installment financing
If you paid with third-party financing (for example, in installments), the refund is coordinated with that provider and may follow their timelines and rules.
