1 Who we are

2 Use of the site
You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Do not use it for anything illegal, and do not attempt to damage or copy it. Search engines and AI assistants that follow our robots.txt may read and index it; what we do not allow is bulk data extraction for other purposes. We try to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it is always online or error-free.
3 Services, quotes and prices
- The packages, services and prices shown on the site are informational and may change without notice. The price that counts is the one in your quote or contract.
- Each job is set with a separate quote or service agreement describing scope, price and timelines.
- Prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include taxes where they apply.
- If we agree on installments or third-party financing, their terms are each provider's, and you see them before you accept.
4 Payments
Payment details, deposits and monthly fees are in your quote or contract. Invoices and payments are processed with Intuit QuickBooks and the payment or financing processor you choose. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund policy.
5 No guarantee of results
We put craft and care into what we deliver, but we do not promise specific business results: we do not guarantee a number of sales, customers, followers, or a particular search ranking. Any example or figure we show is illustrative, not a promise.
6 Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, design, code, the RootBiz logo and brand) belongs to RootBiz. Materials we create for you as a client (your logo, brand, pieces) become yours as stated in your contract, usually once paid in full. Other brands' logos shown on the site belong to their owners and appear only as examples of work done.
7 Third-party services
The site and service rely on outside providers (hosting, form, email, messaging, billing). We list them in our Privacy policy. We are not responsible for those third parties' operation or terms.
8 Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, RootBiz is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the site. Our liability for any service is limited to what you paid for that service.
9 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any dispute is resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
10 Changes
We may update these terms; the version published here, with its date, is the one in force. If something important changes, we note it on the site.
